If you already own third world war, cold war gone hot, Vietnam, or more modern 15mm forces then don’t be afraid to use these in your sci-fi settings too.

If you already have modern forces in your 15mm collections and want to get started in 15mm sci-fi, then a good way to do this is to use the modern forces you already have, then you only need to buy and paint the opposing force and what better way to do this than to specify a hostile alien invasion of Earth (Mars Attacks, War of the Worlds, Independence Day, Battle Los Angeles etc.).
