Other Miniatures To Use For Warp Mutants
Further Thoughts
If anyone
is interested in playing out the Spooky Sci-Fi Scenario/campaign, then I have
had a few ideas on other figures you could use for the warp mutants.
Instead of
using various figures with weird tentacles and claw mutations etc. you could
define them as aliens from another universe, bent on conquering the entirety of
the multi-verse.
This then opens
up a whole range of other figures from various manufacturers.
You could
even use Grey Aliens as the aliens desperate to breakthrough into our universe.
So here are
a few ideas I came up with.
Sci-fi Yetis from AA:

Lemurians from AA (fantasy/sci-fi Lions)

Sci-fi Cows from AA.

My personal favourite, Mind Brutes from AA.

This range now has many packs and would make a great force for these scenarios due to the variety, or waves, you could create in the scenario of hostile other-universe alien invasion.

The ranges from GZG that I might use are as follows:
The Xar (Chitters). They look suitably weird and wonderful for this type of scenario.

Theres also the Ixx from GZG. Again they look suitably weird and wonderful.

In the same category as the Ixx, there is also some Alien Merc packs, and a pack of assorted Grey Aliens that could work really well.
And I have saved thest until last from GZG. Sci-fi Egyptians with Jackal helmets - Stargate anyone?
