Creating An Alternative Sci-Fi Campaign

 Potters Independent Space Traders And Their Billionaire In One Year Campaign

“This time next year, we will billionaires”.

I was thinking, as an alternative sci-fi campaign involving the Potter Brothers, you could start a campaign from scratch. They have their one van, they take on local contracts for various jobs, including a lot of logistics jobs getting from point a to point b with the goods whilst withstanding attacks from dodgy gangs etc. It could have an element of Mad Max/Gaslands to it.

But the over-arching campaign would be for them to try and expand the business, purchase additional vehicles, take on more jobs, maybe even purchase space freighters once they are up and running and running space transport as a background campaign. You could then use rules like Full Thrust or a Billion Suns to run armed freighter convoys against space pirates and privateers.

So, they would start on a backwater planet, on a backwater continent, and expand across the continent and the planet. Buying and building transport hubs, on planet space ports, and even space stations etc.
